Bought one bottle to taste it . I have bought a budget Pinotage from a well known Giant Supermarket for many years which suited my taste very well. It recently disappeared from their shelves ? I have searched other supermarkets for a similar taste ( I have a glass each day with my main meal ) . I found two acceptable alternatives but I believe this one is almost identical …. I know that there is discrepancy between the advertised alcohol level and the actual one … this is a minor issue because it’s a very enjoyable table wine …. I don’t claim to be a wine connoisseur in any sense …. I only know that it’s very much to my taste after trying several others from the same general area …. I’m buying cases in future ….. I am 77 and cook all my meals from scratch, my weight is down and my health is good …. I’ve found my new favourite meal accompaniment x

More and more I find companies selling watered down wine in the UK. This product is sold as 14% proof but as you see on the label is in fact 13.5%. This is a clear misrepresentation of the shipped product. Very disappointed that Amazon and wine vendors are found this to save tax or increase profit.
