This is a very smooth, sweet and easy to drink wine, but not sickly sweet like some of the cheap wines in supermarkets. They've managed to get it at 11% proof which considering it's pleasant taste and cheap price was a surprise. I find that supermarkets generally don't manage that combination in my view. I did the buy 4 packs of 6 as there was a discount on 4, (across the other two wines they do too) and the save and subscribe, making value for money incredible i.e. barely even £4 a bottle. If you're buying in bulk and usually spend at least a fiver per bottle, you're making your monthly Amazon fee back and beyond. Obviously it was a gamble but was one worth taking. With anything needing ID, I tend to buy in bulk anyway, as you have to be in the house. If they're able to keep the price down, then it'll be a regular go to.
